Service Areas

We work across Omaha and Douglas County, Sarpy County towns like Bellevue, Papillion and La Vista, and across the river in Council Bluffs, Carter Lake and Glenwood. We also take jobs north in Blair and west in Valley, Elkhorn, Gretna and Fremont, and south in Plattsmouth. The housing shifts as you move out. Ralston and La Vista are full of compact older homes. Papillion, Gretna and Elkhorn are mostly newer subdivisions. Blair, Valley and the Iowa side have acreages, hillside homes and shops. Plattsmouth and the older parts of Omaha and Council Bluffs have houses from the railroad era. Each town page covers what we know about the homes and climate there.
